Technical assistant: Of course. Go to Start Menu and click Remission. Do this until Envy and Resentment are completely deleted.

Client: OK, I've done it! Love is being installed automatically, is that normal?

Technical assistant: Yes. But keep in mind that you only have the basic program. To continue, you have to log into the Heart and select the upgrade.

Client: Oops! There popped up an error. It says: "Error - Program not run on external components". What should I do?

Client: Done.

Technical assistant: Now copy those to the register "My Heart". The system will start to overwrite conflicting files and use a patch for eventual errors in programming. Furthermore, remember to delete Copious Self-Criticism in every register and empty the Trash to make sure you will not be bothered by it later.
